Laptop v/s PC. What should you buy? The ultimate guide

Your old computer is getting old. Perhaps it"s broken or isn't able to run the latest AAA games. Don't Worry, you've come to the right place.
In this blog, we are going to be going over whether you should be getting a new PC or a laptop instead.

For buying a new computer, we need to have in mind three things which are:
1. Requirement
2. Portability
3. Budget

1. REQUIREMENT

For the case of requirement you have to analyse your requirements and buy accordingly
For this, we can make 3 more sub-sections i.e.
(a)Gamers: If you purely want your machine for gaming and nothing else, we would advice you to build a PC. An average gaming PC (wink) can provide benchmarks may over any laptop of that price. Moreover it also gives you the option of customisation and aesthetics.

(b)Designing: If you are a designer/and engineer/ a coder, we would recommend you to go for a laptop with an additional monitor. As people like these usually have to move around a lot and any mid-high range laptop can get the job done.

(c)Student: If you are a student, hands down buy a laptop. It is very easy to move for any presentation and classes. Moreover if you need a big screen for your online classes, a laptop is usually sufficient.

2.PORTABILITY

PC's as we all know aren't very portable. If you want to buy a PC and you need portability too, only buy it if you have a laptop beforehand as it isn't convenient to carry a huge, fragile case on the go.

Whereas laptops, are portable but cannot give as much performance as compared to a PC(given the extremely small compartment to load components.

3.BUDGET

Budget is also an factor to consider while buying a new machine.

If you are low on budget and do not have to carry your machine, we would recommend you to buy a PC as it is customisable and can provide results more than a laptop of a same price. It does comes with a catch tho, you have to buy peripherals like speakers, keyboard-mouse, display along with a PC whereas a laptop comes preloaded with these and these are pretty good.

CONCLUSION
If we compare the price, sure a CPU of the same price of a laptop gives much more performance but, along with the CPU, you have to buy a whole lot of accessories which makes it almost as equal to the laptops in that price range. So really, it comes down to your use and preferred style.
